This page is provided to inform and assist stall holders when making application and planning for CLAN Gathering Market Place 2010. Some information relates to 2009 and is provided for reference only. This page will be updated when 2010 conditions and details are finalised. There may be decisions and circumstances that result in a modification of the location or format for 2010.

The Market Place is not an exhibition, but an important resource for practically equipping delegates who come to CLAN Gathering. Delegates take their time throughout the week to visit and re-visit all that is on offer. We therefore place a high value on a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly no-hassle approach.

Conference and Accomodation booking and queries are handled by the CLAN Office in Strichen.

Practical Notes 2009

To be updated for 2010

Please Note - the frontage on boutique stands is only 1 metre.
There are no dividers or walls between the stands. Please ensure all of your display is within your area.
The spaces in Market Place will be marked out on the Assembly Hall floor.
All stalls are on the ground floor.
For those with a confirmed power supply, you may require an extension cable.
Books and CD's are only on sale at the bookshop.
Vehicle access will be permitted for set-up (up to 3pm Sat 18th) & take-down (2-5pm Fri 24th).
Official car park must be used at all other times
It is not essential to man your stall during all open times.
Opening times may be adjusted to suit prevailing circumstances.
Please ensure valuable items are not left unattended.
