Reliability Trials - Sunday 12^th February 2012.   

Fife Century Road Club will be promoting 2012 Reliability Trials based on runs detailed below.

• Signing on is from 9 am. Runs leave Falkland Village Hall from 9:30.
• Please check details for your selected route for signing on and departure times.
• Family group runs organised if required.
• Signing-on for Trials opens at 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. and certificates are awarded to all who finish.
• The 63 mile run may be divided into a two groups according to ability. They will start at 09:30

Trial 1 - 63 miles CLOCKWISE Sign-on 9am, leave 09:30 (16 - 18mph)
Route may vary, but based on:- Falkland, Strathmiglo, Gateside, Milnathort, Yetts O' Muchart, Glendevon, Duchally, Dunning, Forteviot, Forgandenny, Kintillo, Baiglie, Aberargie, Abernethy, Newburgh, lindores, trafalgar, Shiells, Freuchie, Falkland
Trial 2 - 63 miles ANTI-CLOCKWISE Sign-on 9am, leave 09:30 (18 - 20mph) Route may vary, but based on:- Falkland to Freuchie then on Dunshelt Road to Shiells then right to B937, left to trafalgar, lindores, Newburgh, Abernethy, Aberargie, right at Baiglie R/A then left direction Dron to Kintillo, Forgandenny, Forteviot, Dunning, Duchally, Glendevon, Yetts O' Muchart, Milnathort, Gateside, Strathmiglo, Falkland Village Hall.

Trial 3 - 34 miles (Recreational speeds) Sign-on 9:30, leave 10:00
Route may vary, but based on:- Falkland, Freuchie, Shiells, trafalgar, lindores, Newburgh, Abernethy, Aberargie, Baiglie, Glenfarg, Mawcarse Jnct, Gateside, Strathmiglo, Falkland Village Hall.

Trial 4 - 22 miles Sign-on 9am, leave 10:00 (All Terrain Bikes)

Route may vary, but based on... Start :- Falkland Village Hall to trafalgar. Turn L then R, then sharp R to Collessie and Monimail, at Post Box/triangle turn L onto track past disused quarry, up hill to Whitefield (large house), through metal gate and along track to gate on right. Cross gate and left down track to Dunbog. Through gates at farm, follow road to pass graveyard onto main road. At A913 turn L to lindores then L to Grange. At Q51 turn L to Berryhill. After Berryhill take track on R to Red Myre Woods. Through trees to forest track. At end of woods take LEFT track to and narrow field to Caldwells farm. Follow farm road to A91. R then L to lizziewells (track). L onto Q60. At Easter Kilwhiss, R through farm onto track, then R onto C57, R at Dunshalt then LEFT towards Falkland Village Hall. PLEASE CLOSE ALL GATES BEHIND YOU

In the event of bad weather and no Trials being advisable - there will be the usual fayre, soup and stovies etc. within Falkland Village Hall for all who can make it.
